SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise noted at time of check-out)Â and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
TRACKING + DELIVERY INSURANCE
For your convenience, tracking and delivery insurance are automatically included with every order. You will receive a USPS tracking number via email once the shipping label is printed,
- Shipping estimates are based on when USPS receives the package, not when the order is placed.
- If USPS tracking shows the package as delivered, we must assume it was. We will only replace packages marked as delivered if USPS confirms a misdelivery.
- If you experience a missing package, please contact your local USPS office first. USPS can geolocate the package and provide documentation stating whether it was misplaced, lost, or delivered to the wrong address. This documentation is required for a replacement.
DELIVERY INSURANCE CLAIMS
Delivery insurance covers packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
- USPS shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on time of year, weather, and internal delays within USPS.
- During winter and the holiday season, shipping delays are common. USPS often posts these updates, and we will share relevant information as needed.
If you need to submit a Delivery Insurance claim, please contact us within 60 days of the expected delivery date at info@theseednest.com. USPS recycles tracking numbers periodically, so it’s important to reach out while tracking history is still available.
Please allow at least 14 business days for your package to arrive before reaching out for a replacement.
