We respect federal state and city laws, our shipping restrictions are detailed below on the footer and they are automatically updated by WAAVE compliance

No card transactions are allowed for international shipping

SHIPPING TERRITORY: United States however we do not ship to Kentucky

SHIPPING OPTION: All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via Ground Advantage (5-7 business days, weather permitting).

TRACKING + DELIVERY INSURANCE: For your convenience and peace of mind, we automatically apply delivery insurance and provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive a USPS tracking number via email from us when the shipping label is printed, typically within 1 business day.

Please note that shipping estimates are based on when the shipping label is created and the package is received by USPS, not when the order is placed. 


If the USPS tracking website indicates that the package was delivered, we have to assume it was. We will not replace packages that say they were delivered unless confirmed by USPS. If this happens to you, USPS can and will help. 

Before contacting us, please contact your local USPS office, and they will geolocate the package and provide you with documentation stating that the package was misplaced, lost, delivered to the wrong address, etc. This documentation is required to obtain replacement seeds for a package marked as delivered in the USPS tracking system.

Delivery insurance provides peace of mind that if your package gets damaged or lost in transit, we will replace it. Please note that shipping times provided by USPS are estimates only. Ground Advantage can vary in actual shipping times depending on the time of year and other circumstances and is subject to internal delays within USPS. 

During the holiday season, package delays can be expected. USPS often posts these delays on their website, and we will always strive to be transparent and informative about this when we see it.

We ask that customers submit a Delivery Insurance claim within 60 days of expected delivery. USPS recycles tracking numbers periodically, so it is important to contact us while the tracking history is still available so we can work on a solution for you.

Please allow at least 14 business days for your package to arrive before reaching out for a replacement.
