Seeds contain no measurable THC or intoxicating compounds. They are federally compliant under the Farm Bill and may be purchased and shipped nationwide. However, cultivation is permitted only in states where home growing is legal.
SEEDNEST provides seeds for adult collectors and for growers in states that allow cultivation. Customers are responsible for understanding and following all applicable laws in their area.
SEEDNEST is not liable for how seeds are used once they are in your possession.
SEEDNEST reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products offered by SEEDNEST are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

- You release SEEDNEST from any liability or legal consequences related to possession, sale, or cultivation of seeds in jurisdictions where they are not permitted.
- SEEDNEST will not intervene in legal matters arising from possession or cultivation in restricted areas.
- All information provided on this website and in communication with SEEDNEST is for educational and entertainment purposes only and has not been reviewed by the FDA. It is not intended to promote, condone, or encourage illegal activities.
- You have reviewed your order for accuracy (including items purchased, billing, and shipping information) and confirm it is correct at the time of purchase.

GERMINATION SUPPORT
We review germination concerns on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion, for customers in eligible states.
To be considered for store credit or a replacement, you must:
- contact us within 60 days of purchase
- have used our recommended wet paper towel method
- provide clear documentation showing the germination process
This helps us understand what happened and keeps our process consistent with the guidance we provide.

Customer Eligibility
Due to local laws, we are unable to offer store credit or replacements regarding germination rates to customers in the following states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Eligibility is determined by the shipping address on your order. Please submit germination issues within 60 days of purchase.
Germination Expectations
A 90% germination rate is considered reasonable and expected. Because of this, we will not issue store credit if your germination rate was 89% or higher. Germination is a delicate process, and many factors beyond the seed itself, such as temperature, moisture levels, and handling, can impact success.
We strongly advise purchasing 10% more seeds than you plan to grow to account for natural variance in germination rates.
