Seeds are sold as souvenirs and collectibles only. Every seed on this site contains less than 0.3% THC and is legally classified as hemp under federal law. It is your responsibility to check your state and local laws before purchasing, as regulations vary. Seednest is not liable for how seeds are used once they are in your possession.

Seednest reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You release SEEDNEST from any liability or legal consequences related to possession, sale, or cultivation of seeds in jurisdictions where they are not permitted.
  • SEEDNEST will not intervene in legal matters arising from possession or cultivation in restricted areas.
  • All information provided on this website and in communication with SEEDNEST is for educational and entertainment purposes only and has not been reviewed by the FDA. It is not intended to promote, condone, or encourage illegal activities.
  • You have reviewed your order for accuracy (including items purchased, billing, and shipping information) and confirm it is correct at the time of purchase.

We do not process refunds. All sales are final.

Seednest Germination & Order Policy

For germination or order delivery issues, please contact us at info@theseednest.com. We evaluate germination concerns on a case-by-case basis at our discretion for customers in eligible states.

Customer Eligibility

Due to local laws, we are unable to offer store credit or replacements regarding germination rates to customers in the following states:


Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.


Eligibility is determined by the shipping address on your order.

Germination Expectations

A 90% germination rate is considered reasonable and expected. Because of this, we will not issue store credit if your germination rate was 89% or higher. Germination is a delicate process, and many factors beyond the seed itself, such as temperature, moisture levels, and handling, can impact success.

We strongly advise purchasing 10% more seeds than you plan to grow to account for natural variance in germination rates.
